Order Processing & Delivery

• Processing Time : Orders are generally processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next working day.
  

• Delivery :  Standard delivery may take 1-2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, holidays, or other factors. If the address is remote or hard to reach, expect potential delays.
  

• Cut-off Times : Standard Orders after the cut-off time (12PM, UAE local time) will be processed the next working day.
  

• Contact : You may be contacted by our delivery partner to confirm your address and schedule delivery. Delays may occur if we can't reach you.

United Arab Emirates Delivery Options

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM(UAE local time) are delivered in 1-2 working days.

  • Cost: 25 AED (Free for orders over 250 AED).

  • Cash on Delivery available. (launching soon)

  • All packages will be delivered in a temperature-controlled environment (18-25C) to ensure optimal product quality.
